DTS-U II Race
An evolution of the DTS-U Pro, the DTS-U II Race automatically tunes all four edges in a single pass using the HQT (High Quality Tuning) ceramic disc process, for a mirror finish ready to ski straight away. Tip and tail are ground in the same operation, eliminating any manual touch-up, while simultaneous loading and lower edge processing removes downtime and maximises throughput. The pressure roller accepts all ski types (children's, rocker, race, touring, freeride) and snowboards, and preset programs make it easy to use, even for seasonal staff. Built for continuous operation, it is aimed at rental shops, race workshops and demanding sports shops.

The pressure roller accepts all types of skis (kids, rockers, race, touring, freeride) as well as snowboards. The work is done without a straddle bridge.
The complete sharpening cycle takes about 30 seconds. The four edges are sharpened automatically in a single pass, and the tip and tail are sanded in the same operation.
The machine runs on 400 V three-phase (3PH/N/PE, 50 Hz) for a power of 3.6 kW, with a 5-pin CEE 16A plug.
Allow a working space of at least 4.60 m, ideally more than 5 m. The machine measures 3960 x 930 x 1380 mm open and 1700 x 930 x 2200 mm folded, and weighs 820 kg. The aprons can be raised.
Three ceramic sharpening discs (Ø 154 x 25 mm) are available: grey for a rental fleet (R-DTS/A), white for customers' skis (R-DTS/AA), anthracite for hard, long-lasting sharpening (R-DTS/AB).
