The modular tuning robot, in stone grinding configuration.
In 1-module configuration, the SF-4 Race is a fully automatic stone grinding machine for skis and snowboards. Choose a wide stone to handle both skis and boards, or a double-stone module mounted in parallel for higher throughput on skis. This is the scalable base of an automate that grows with the workshop.

SF-1
The full automate: over 100 pairs of skis per hour.
The SF-1 is Reichmann's high-throughput grinding automate: it fully processes over 100 pairs of skis per hour, from preparation to finishing. Belt grinding, base flattening on a first stone then structuring on a second, ceramic side edge tuning, tuning and deburring, hot waxing, buffing and drying: the entire service chain runs in a continuous flow. Automatic loading and unloading on a Paternoster carousel, touchscreen control with remote maintenance. The answer to very high volumes, for all skis from 100 cm up.

Slope Master
Version S
The most compact stone grinding robot, without compromise.
The Slope Master S is a fully automatic stone grinding machine designed for small spaces. Its extra-wide stone is dressed in three zones — pre-grinding, base polishing and structure polishing — to deliver the performance of a two- or three-stone machine without any intermediate dressing. Save time, money and space in the workshop.

Profi 4 Vario
Combined belt and stone machine for a full service, without fatigue.
The Profi 4 Vario combines a pneumatic belt grinder and a pneumatic stone grinder in a single machine, compact enough to mount against a wall. Its 350 mm stone applies pre-grinding and finishing side by side on the skis, while the Vario belts pre-grind and structure in a single pass. With the optional edge tuning device (87° to 90°), it becomes the workshop's central machining station.

Profi B
B Vario
All-in-one: edge grinding, pre-grinding and structure.
The Profi B Vario combines edge grinding, pre-grinding and structural grinding in a single machine, at an attractive price. Its Vario belt technology (New Base Technology) pre-grinds skis and boards while structuring them, with a finish close to stone grinding. The structured Vario belt also handles convex and concave snowboards perfectly.

The Profi S350 was born from collaboration with the race departments of several manufacturers, World Cup specialists and snowboard federations. Equipped with parameter-driven race structures for alpine skiing and snowboarding, it delivers, thanks to its triple stone storage and automatic pressure adjustment over the full length, the most precise structures for every ski shape.

KFM-U

The KFM-U is the steel edge finishing machine that guarantees perfect base edges and optimal turning behaviour for alpine skiing. Its circumferential polishing discs refine the base edges without rounding them or creating cross scratches, in a single operation. Automatic feed and mechanical lifting device ensure consistent results; supplied as standard in a mobile version.

KSM
The compact base for side edge processing.
The KSM is the steel edge grinding machine that provides the starting point for side edge work, in a reduced footprint. Its 86° to 90° angle adjustment allows the side edge to be tailored to each customer's needs. Optional extras: double support roller for snowboards and a stable machine stand.

Automatic base repair, targeted and grinding-free.
The Polymat Pro automates base repair for skis and snowboards. Using camera technology, it precisely maps the width, length and depth of scratches and fills them locally: minimal material and energy consumption, gliding properties and wax absorption preserved. Since the base is not fully re-coated, no additional grinding is required.

BWM 350 C Digital
Roller waxing machine, temperature adjustable to the degree.
The BWM 350 C Digital lets you set the waxing temperature yourself, to the degree, between 80 and 100 °C, and keep it constant regardless of the workshop's ambient temperature. Its waxing roller applies exactly the right amount of wax, reducing consumption compared with ironing. Compact, quiet and energy-efficient, it suits every ski fleet as well as small workshops.

Race Waxer
Premium waxing machine for an extra-durable finish.
The Race Waxer is designed for Optiwax Glide Tapes, among the hardest and most durable waxes on the market, already used in the World Cup. The thin wax layer on a paper backing transfers easily onto the ski once heated, for a significantly reduced consumption compared with an iron. An integrated structural brush allows immediate brushing, making the ski ready to ride in an instant.

Glide Master
Cold liquid wax, biodegradable, no heating or brushing.
The Glide Master applies GigaGlide glide product, a biodegradable alternative to wax for all skis and snowboards. Two rollers spread the liquid evenly and scrape off the excess in a few seconds, with no heating or brushing. A single application delivers up to seven days of glide, even in extreme snow conditions — a clean, healthy and environmentally friendly process.

Wax Future Wall Speed
Infrared waxing machine: deep penetration, wall-mounted.
The Wax Future Wall Speed waxes skis and boards by infrared, at the push of a button. Infrared radiation drives more wax deeper into the base, for perfect gliding properties over long distances. Several programs and speeds are available, and the optional wall-mounting frees up valuable floor space in the workshop.

Fast disinfection of ski boots and helmets.
The Disinfection Unit ensures the best possible hygiene for rental businesses, in a reduced footprint. A light press of the boot against the disinfection bar spreads the product directly inside. The Disinfection Plus version adds a disinfection wand for helmets — boots and helmets become hygienically fresh again for the next rental.
