Automatic vertical overmoulding machine for ski and snowboard base repair, 1050x800x2300mm, 380kg, 230V + ai Unlike conventional automatic machines, this machine does not cover the entire base: the camera precisely identifies each scratch and melts repair material only onto the damaged areas. The result: very low material and energy consumption, almost no harmful fumes or vapours, and preserved glide and wax-absorption properties. Testing has shown that localised melting considerably improves the durability of the repair material, and the ski comes out without needing further grinding, saving significant time on the following stone grinding pass. An ideal choice for both rental workshops and racing, thanks to its adjustable-sensitivity programs.
